Random pictures I played with. The first is a staircase in the Himalayas on a trek in the Annapurna area. The second is of Annapurna South, one of the bigger mountains in Nepal. The third is self-explanatory. And fourth, a shot of Kathmandu from a hilltop temple area.

Misc.
The big, the small, the young, and the very very old. The mountain is on the Annapurna range...it's a huge one. The detail is from the corner of a Buddhist temple at Kopan Monastery, near Kathmandu. The little boy is from a day care I worked at...he was playing with some broken sunglasses he found on the ground (puts the American kid with his huge chest of plastic store-bought toys into different perspective...). The old man is actually Mongolian...he was visiting the hospital for back pain. He was 82, ancient in a country where the average life expectancy is 60 years old. And he walked the many miles to the clinic...

Traveling.
No artwork for a while...I'm spending a few months in Nepal doing various volunteer things. Check out the travel blog if you are interested!
